The elasticity is directly related to the elastic modulus e of the lining material, so theoretically it can be classified using the elastic modulus of the lining material.

      However, the lining material used in the printing process of the hangtag printing in Guangzhou printing factory not only has many types, but also different types of materials of the same type, even if the same category is also the opposite sex, and more special is the package used in printing. The lining material is often used together, so that it is difficult to determine the elastic modulus of the lining material in printing, and can only be judged roughly by e. Therefore, in the printing machine design and printing process, the lining is often Materials are categorized according to hard and soft properties, but there are no strict boundaries between such hard and soft materials. It is generally believed that under the action of the same external force, the lining material has a large strain, a small elastic modulus, which is also called "soft", produces a small strain, and has a large elastic modulus, which is also called "hard". Therefore, according to the classification of soft and hard lining material, Guangzhou printing plant can be divided into three categories:

  (1) Hard lining Usually consists of a blanket plus one or two sheets of liner paper (or plastic film) with a small thickness. This kind of lining is relatively hard, the elastic modulus of the lining is large, and a small amount of deformation can produce a great printing pressure. When using this type of lining, the lining pressure shrinkage should be controlled within 0.2mm, preferably about 0.lmm, so the shrinkage of the offset press is required to be about 2mm.

  (2) Soft lining Generally, thick blankets are added under blankets and a large number of thin papers are used to make them thicker. The soft lining is just opposite to the rigid lining. Its elastic modulus is small, and the lining compression required to produce the same printing pressure is relatively large. Generally, the compression amount is controlled at 0.2~0.3 mm and above. Therefore, the contraction amount of the offset press is required to be 4 mm or more.

 (3) Neutral baling villages are generally composed of thick felt at the surface of the cloth (1.85mm) and a certain thickness of paper. The thickness is larger than that of the hard baled village and the elastic exchange is medium, so the performance and deformation are also in the middle. Therefore, the shrinkage of the offset press is required to be in the range of 3.0-3.5mm.
