When each drop of ink leaves the nozzle, it is charged with an electrostatic charge, and printing on the substrate is achieved by changing the presence or absence of an electric field. Demand ink is also called pulse-to-ink. It is an electrical signal that converts graphic information in a computer into a pulse. Then these electrical signals control the closing of the inkjet head, ie, the image area on the substrate is Blank space. Among them, the most representative ink jet technology is piezoelectric ceramic technology.
