The idea of using 3D printing to make flexo

Our idea is roughly as follows: Since 3D printing is an additive manufacturing technology, by printing on the graphic part of the plate, the graphic part of the plate can be distinguished from the non-graphic part if the distinction between the two parts is obvious. , And the printing plate can also meet the printing requirements, then the idea of using 3D printing technology to create a flexible version can be realized, which will greatly reduce the pollutant emissions in the flexographic plate making process, combined with the flexographic printing water-based ink, then the entire The flexographic printing process will become very environmentally friendly.
